He's got a lot of money to raise and organizations to put in place first. First everyone says Dean has it wrapped up, now Kerry or Edwards has the upper-hand supposedly. People need to sit back and realize it's still in early in what is going to be a long race and a lot of things can happen. However we will know a lot more on Feb. 4. We've had one caucus so far, as of that day we will have 11 primaries/caucuses. Feb. 3 will separate the men from the boys. If you haven't won one by Feb. 3 you're cooked.

I think Kerry/Clark would be very formidable. I expected Edwards to be the VP nominee, but only because I expected him to be relegated to the second class. If he continues to do well he will be in a position of too much power to settle for that IMO. Clark is a perfect choice for VP for Kerry, helps in the South and the West and makes it a strong military team to defuse the whole national security argument that Bush will make.

I think Edwards would take VP, Clark would not. If it's Kerry/Edwards, then after they beat Bush, Clark would make an excellent choice for Secretary of State.

If so, Edwards is a slam dunk in S.C.
